Look4aProperty.com is delighted to announce the launch of its Premier Agent Membership Scheme (PAMS). The scheme has been launched to satisfy the growing demand from UK estate agents to create a seriously credible alternative to rightmove plc.
The scheme has just 2,500 places, of which over 100have already been filled by Look4aProperty.com's existing agent customers. The scheme guarantees them (by virtue of a bank guarantee) a bonus payment of £250,000 within a 6 year time frame, ensuring a huge return on investment.
The fact that rightmove is a plc business will now begin to be their Achilles Heel as Look4aProperty.com has no shareholders to satisfy via annual dividends or the city to appease - we'll just keep spending all of the agents money back on them through national and local advertising, which undermines the business model or rightmove and all our competitors.
